生猪液态粪污处理技术的生态经济权衡机制与协同路径研究

Research on the Ecological Economic Trade-off Mechanism and Synergistic Pathway of Liquid Pig Manure Treatment Technology

  • 摘要: 畜禽养殖粪污资源化利用对于改善农村生态环境至关重要。本研究采用生命周期评价(LCA)和生命周期成本(LCC)分析方法, 对常规存储、硝化与反硝化、氨汽提+鸟粪石沉淀、膜过滤+鸟粪石沉淀和异位发酵床5种生猪液态粪污处理模式进行了环境经济效益综合评价。结果表明, 在环境效益方面, 氨汽提+鸟粪石沉淀模式表现最优, 全球变暖潜势(GWP)最低(76.22 kg·CO2-eq), 年环境成本为13.07万元; 而异位发酵床模式GWP最高(228.41 kg·CO2-eq), 年环境成本达19.65万元。在经济效益方面, 异位发酵床凭借有机肥获得最高年收益77.85万元, 且净现值(NPV=58.75万元)为正; 相反, 3种厌氧发酵技术(硝化与反硝化、氨汽提、膜过滤)因投资成本较高, NPV均为负值, 经济可行性较低。耦合分析显示所有模式的成本效益比(CBR)均低于1(0.09~0.31), 表明存在显著的生态-经济效益权衡。敏感性分析结果表明, 扩大养殖规模可有效提高各技术的CBR值。综上所述, 目前尚无一种生猪粪污处理模式能够在环境与经济性方面同时达到最优。推动粪污资源化利用需精准施策: 针对环境效益显著的氨汽提等技术, 应建立基于碳、磷减排量的生态补偿机制; 对于应用广泛但环境成本较高的异位发酵床技术, 需设立明确的减排标准, 引导其绿色转型; 此外, 推进规模化养殖与集中处理, 是破解当前技术经济难题的有效路径。

     

    Abstract: The resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure is crucial for improving rural ecological environments. This study employed Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCC) methods to conduct comprehensive environmental and economic evaluations of five pig liquid manure treatment approaches: conventional storage, nitrification/denitrification, ammonia stripping + struvite precipitation, membrane filtration + struvite precipitation, and ectopic fermentation bed. Results demonstrate that the ammonia stripping + struvite method achieved optimal environmental performance with the lowest global warming potential (GWP, 76.22 kg·CO2-eq) and annual environmental costs of 130 700 yuan, whereas the ectopic fermentation bed approach exhibited the highest GWP (228.41 kg·CO2-eq) and annual costs of 196 500 yuan. Economically, the ectopic fermentation bed generated the highest annual revenue of 778 500 yuan from organic fertilizer production, with a positive net present value (NPV = 587 500 yuan). In contrast, all three anaerobic fermentation technologies (nitrification/denitrification, ammonia stripping, and membrane filtration) showed negative NPVs due to high investment costs, indicating limited economic viability. Coupling analyses reveal that all treatment methods had cost-benefit.
