雄安新区高速城市化生态效应遥感评价研究

Remote Sensing Evaluation of Ecological Effects from Rapid Urbanization in Xiong'an New Area

  • 摘要: 为探究雄安新区高速城市化的生态效应, 以雄安新区周围12个区县为参照, 从绿度、热度、湿度、干度和气溶胶光学厚度5个维度构建改进型遥感生态指数(ARSEI), 分析雄安新区建设前后生态环境质量变化及城市化进程并评价高速城市化生态效应。结果表明: (1)雄安新区建设(2017年)前, 雄安新区及其周围区县生态环境质量稳步提升, 其ARSEI均值分别从0.606、0.572上升到0.628;雄安新区建设后, 其生态环境质量变化呈先降后升趋势, 2020年ARSEI均值下降至0.595, 2023年恢复到0.622, 雄安新区周围区县则相对稳定。(2)城市化进程方面, 雄安新区建设前, 其城市化速度显著低于周围区县, 前者夜间灯光总强度仅为后者的51.2%;雄安新区建设后, 其夜间灯光总强度为周围区县的176.7%;雄安新区建设用地面积年均增速放缓, 由2017年前的8.7%(和周围区县持平)降至2017年后的5.1%(为周围区县1.4倍)。(3)基于地理探测器分析发现, 2013和2023年土地利用变化的q值均最大, 分别达到0.275 6和0.495 6, 成为影响雄安新区生态环境质量的主导因子。(4)2017年前雄安新区生态环境质量优于周围区县, 此后雄安新区进入高速城市化发展阶段, 其生态环境质量产生显著波动与变化, 一方面大面积的城市基础建设导致其生态环境质量急剧下降; 另一方面, "千年秀林"工程正面生态效应在雄安新区建设中期则开始显现, 与周围地区差距越来越小。

     

    Abstract: To explore the ecological effects of the rapid urbanization in Xiong'an New Area, an improved remote sensing ecological index (ARSEI) was constructed from five dimensions: greenness, temperature, humidity, dryness and aerosol optical depth, with 12 surrounding counties and districts as references. The changes in ecological quality and urbanization process before and after the construction of Xiong'an New Area were analyzed, and the ecological effects of rapid urbanization were evaluated. The results show that: (1) In terms of ecological quality changes, before the construction of Xiong'an New Area (2017), the ecological quality of Xiong'an New Area and its surrounding counties and districts steadily improved, with the average ARSEI increasing from 0.606 and 0.572 to 0.628 respectively. After the construction of Xiong'an New Area, the ecological quality changes showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. The average ARSEI decreased to 0.595 in 2020 and recovered to 0.622 in 2023, while the ecological quality of the surrounding counties and districts remained relatively stable. (2) In terms of urbanization process, before the construction of Xiong'an New Area, its urbanization speed was significantly lower than that of the surrounding areas, with the total intensity of night lights being only 51.2% of that of the surrounding areas. After that, the total intensity of night lights was 176.7% of that of the surrounding areas. The average annual increase rate of construction land area in Xiong'an New Area slowed down, from 8.7% (the same as that of the surrounding counties and districts) before 2017 to 5.1% (1.43 times that of the surrounding counties and districts) after 2017. (3) Based on the geographical detector analysis, the q values of land use in 2013 and 2023 were the largest, reaching 0.275 6 and 0.495 6 respectively, becoming the dominant factors affecting the ecological quality of Xiong'an New Area. (4) Before 2017, the ecological quality of Xiong'an New Area was better than that of the surrounding counties and districts. After that, compared with the surrounding areas, Xiong'an New Area entered a stage of rapid urbanization development, and its ecological quality experienced significant fluctuations and changes. On the one hand, large-scale urban infrastructure construction led to a sharp decline in its ecological quality. On the other hand, the positive ecological effects of the "Millennium Green Forest" project began to show in the middle of the construction of Xiong'an New Area, and the gap with the surrounding areas became smaller and smaller.
