黑河流域生态功能区划及其保护

Eco-Functional Regionalization and Protection of Eco-Functions in Heihe River Basin

摘要: 根据整体性、主导性、综合性原则 ,运用叠置法 ,将黑河流域划分为 3个生态功能区、9个亚区 ,分析了各个功能区的生态特征及存在的生态问题。分区提出了生态保护措施 ,并探讨了黑河流域生态保护及管理对策。

Abstract: According to the principles of integrity,dominance and comprehensiveness,the Heihe River basin is divided into three eco functional regions and nine eco functional sub regions by the method of overlapping coverage.The ecological characteristics and problems of each functional region and sub region are analyzed.On such a basis,measures are put forward for protecting ecology in each region and sub region,and strategies for protection and management of the ecology of Heihe River basin are proposed.
