摘要: 本文分析了山一村人口构成现状,预测了2000年人口增加量;利用人口粮食密度等指标说明了该村的土地承受能力;根据该村产业结构的调整预测了劳动力结构可能发生的变化,指出实现剩余劳动力顺利转移的关键在于改善劳动力受教育情况和提高劳动力素质。

Abstract: The population structure of Shanyi village is analyzed, and future population in 2000 is predicted. Land bearing capacity is estimated based on population density and agricultural production. The possible change of labour structure is predicted on the basis of the adjustment of village industrial structure. It is pointed that the key measure for solving surplus labour problem lies on the enhancement of labour’s quality.
