Abstract: Proceeding from the angle of sustainable development,the status quo and existing major problems of the wetland resources in Xianghai Nature Reserve were analyzed. Results show that the wetland resources are decreasing in acreage,weakening in eco function,and reducing in biodiversity as a result of their unreasonable utilization and management by people. On such a basis,strategies and countermeasures were brought forward for protection and sustainable exploitation of the wetland resources.
