长三角生态工业园区分布时空演化及其影响因素研究

    Spatio-temporal Evolution and Influencing Factors of Eco-industrial Parks in the Yangtze River Delta

    • 摘要: 生态文明建设示范区(生态工业园区)(以下简称示范园区)是新质生产力地理格局形成的关键推动者,把握其演进规律对于优化资源配置、深化园区绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。以长三角地区经正式命名的44个示范园区为研究对象,在明晰2007—2022年示范园区建设发展历程的基础上,系统分析示范园区在3个发展阶段的总体空间格局、集聚形态演化及空间方向迁移特征以及影响因素。结果表明:(1)示范园区发展历程具有明显的阶段性特征。(2)示范园区空间分布呈集聚特征,但均衡性总体增强,集聚形态由“一主两副”3个集聚中心逐渐演变为以苏锡常沪为集聚带的“一带多点”空间格局,分布范围呈向南北两端、向西偏移趋势,主要分布走势与京杭运河走向有较高一致性。(3)最佳参数识别可以显著提升组合分类的科学性,增强影响因素的解释力,工业产业基础、经济实力基础和政府引资力度是影响示范园区空间布局的核心因素,其后依次为环保基础设施投入、科研创新投入、科研技术水平和人力资源投入。建议充分重视影响因素的促进效应,强化示范带动作用,深化生态文明建设实践,驱动高质量发展。

       

      Abstract: Ecological civilization construction demonstration zones (eco-industrial parks) (hereinafter referred to as Demonstration Zones) are key drivers in the formation of new quality productivity′s geographical patterns. Grasping their evolutionary laws is crucial for optimizing resource allocation and deepening green and low-carbon development of parks. Taking the 44 officially named demonstration zones in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region as the research objects, based on clarifying the development process of the construction of demonstration zones from 2007 to 2022, this study systematically analyzed the overall spatial pattern, aggregation morphology evolution, spatial directional migration characteristics, and influencing factors of demonstration zones in three development stages. The results show that: (1) The development process of the demonstration zones exhibited distinct stage-specific features. (2) The spatial distribution of demonstration zones was clustered, yet overall balance has been enhanced. The clustering morphologies evolved from three aggregation centers of "one main center and two sub-centers" to a "one belt with multiple points" spatial pattern centered around Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Shanghai. The distribution range showed a trend of moving towards the northern and southern ends and a westward bias, with the main distribution trend having a high degree of consistency with the route of the Grand Canal. (3) Optimal parameter identification can significantly enhance the scientific nature of the combined classification and strengthen the interpretability of influencing factors. The industrial and economic base, economic power and the government investment efforts were the core factors affecting the spatial distribution of the demonstration zones, followed by environmental protection infrastructure investment, scientific research and innovation investment, scientific and technology level and human resources investment. It is suggested that full attention should be paid to the promotional effects of the influencing factors, the strengthen of the driving role of demonstration, the deepening of the practice of ecological civilization construction, and the drivening of high-quality development.
