Abstract: Urbanization is developing rapidly in the world,it causes an evidently negative influence on biodiversity,however,this does not mean that the problem can not be solved The coexistence of nature and modernization and the coordination of economic construction and biodiversity are among the goals that human being is seeking.In this paper,the development trend of urbanization,the characteristics of urban habitats and the influence of urbanization on biodiversity are discussed,and some approaches for achieving the coexistence of nature and modernization are put forward.
